I’m just asking for curiosity’s sake. My husband and I were disagreeing because I said that someone could buy a house a few years after declaring bankruptcy and he said that a person could essentially never buy a house again once they’ve declared bankruptcy, or at least not for 7 years. What is the correct answer?

How does a company obtain credit cards based on it’s credit without having to have a guarantor from a person?

When our company began we opened up credit cards for employee’s under our CEO’s credit line because the company did not have sufficient credit. Two years later, we are stumped as to how to obtain credit cards for the company using only the company’s credit. American Express tells us that no matter what we have to have a guarantee from an individual person backing our credit. Does anyone out there know how a company can get credit without that personal guarantee? Surely, Microsoft doesn’t use Bill Gates credit to obtain cards for it’s employees. Thanks for any and all help in advance!

Just trying to get an idea-we have some neighbors who are having problems and their house has gone up for foreclosure twice with them getting out of it both times. Yes I know I am being nosy, but I kinda want to know if I need to prepare for new neighbors! LOL I **** new neighbors!

While im making offers and removing things myself i felt paying a credit repair service $250 wasnt bad to help me due to the fact im in school again and working two jobs i really dont have time to follow up on everything. Has anyone used this service or a similar company. Does it work? i know what they do i just want to see has it worked for anyone yet?

Rent was paid every month, but the landlord didn’t pay the note and now the house has been forclosure on without my knowledge. I would like to purchase the home, but time seems to not be on my side. When to court for eviction process and was given only 5 days to move out, when a great deal of monies has already been paid to stay.

I drove a car off the lot, but never finalized the loan with the 30 day warranty period. I returned the car back to the dealership. Will pulling the car off the lot be reported to my credit history or will it not show anything at all because I had not even made my first payment?
