Last year I got a car loan for a new car. I filled out the paper work at the dealership for the loan. I cant remember what I put for income and I was just wondering how I could get a copy of the application?

I am current on payments so it is not a matter of defaulting on the loan because have saved enough to take care of the payments.

How long after bankruptcy should you wait to try to buy another house?

We filed bankruptcy back in October of 2006 and it was finally closed or I guess I should say discharged, in May of 2007. We really want to buy another house but I was told we have to wait 7 months to a year to try to get another mortgage. What is the normal wait time and will the interest rates be better the longer we wait?

Can I get a student loan while paying a current car loan?

I have a little less than $5000 more to pay off on my car loan. I am trying to get accepted to a good 4 year college (one that is going to cost me about $36,000 a year). I am currently entering my second year of community college. I want to get a $40,000 loan. My credit score is about 730. Would getting a $40,000 loan for my junior year and another $40,000 loan for my senior year be a problem? Also, is it legal for me to use $5000 of the first loan to pay of my car loan?

There is no type of credit repair that a person cannot do themselves, however it takes a lot work, and a lot of follow-up work.

I have bad credit. I currently have a car loan and a co-signer on the loan. I need to take her off the loan now, and HSBC doesnt allow you to refinance, so i have to apply for a whole new loan with someone. I already tried with Scotiabank and got denied. Any suggestions?
